Job summary

Placement International seeks a Design Specialist to create and oversee high-quality visual designs across digital, print, and social platforms, shaping our brand identity for the hospitality recruitment sector.

You will collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and regional teams, manage multiple campaigns, ensure brand consistency across two brands, and push innovative motion and AI-driven content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field.
• 2+ years of professional design experience with strong portfolio in digital/print.
• Proficient video editing for short and long form content and social formats.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation for social content.
• Hands-on AI content creation using leading tools with brand alignment.
• Advanced Canva usage for templates, brand kits, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design solutions for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Maintain brand identity across two brands for consistency and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and HR; present concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery within deadlines and budgets.
• Review and refine designs to meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Create visuals for ads, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
