You will collaborate with sales and central teams, convert business needs into IT requirements, and ensure integration with SAP ERP and authentication services. Qualificações

• 5+ years of B2B e-commerce experience in consultancy or industry.
• Strong customer orientation and change management skills.
• Experience with S/4 HANA rollouts and enterprise architectures.
• Familiar with CMD, Central User Authentication & Authorization, and ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of BPMN and data modeling preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile project management and Atlassian tools.
• Excellent presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and roll out Customer & User Data Management processes in our eShops.
• Collaborate with sales and central teams to create concepts.
• Translate business requirements into IT requirements.
• Implement processes with SAP ERP and authentication services.
• Create test cases and test IT requirements.
• Maintain application documentation.
