GRiT Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain infrastructure based on GitOps principles. You will automate CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement ArgoCD/FluxCD-based solutions to ensure stable, predictable releases in high-load environments.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams, optimize cloud and on-prem environments, and contribute to Helm and Kustomize configurations, Docker containers, and monitoring stacks with

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including RBAC, Ingress, networking and storage.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD in a GitOps approach.
• Active development and maintenance of Helm charts and Kustomize configurations.
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Linux and core CI/CD tooling.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python or Go.
• Experience configuring monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
