The Offer
  • Assist customer by the telephone, emails and chat
  • Offer technical assistance on the platform
  • Apply the correct escalation process when necessary
  • Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
  • Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
  • Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished
  • Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in German and intermediate level in English
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
  • Genuine care giver with a problem solver mind
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
  • Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media
