We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious project.

This is a remote position in Portugal, but applicants must reside in Portugal or ready to relocate in Portugal.

Role: Customer Service Agent (German-speaking)

Location: Remote in Portugal

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise

Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism

Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades

Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process

Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Profile:

Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)

Experience in a customer-focused environment

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently

Eu Passport or valid work permit ( No Visa provided)
