We are recruiting German-speaking Social Media Specialists to join an international customer experience team in Porto, Portugal.

Job Details
  • Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 19:00
  • Soon transitioning to rotational shifts (including night shift)
Responsibilities
  • Handle user inquiries via social media, chat, email, and comments
  • Investigate issues, provide accurate solutions, and escalating when needed
  • Follow KPIs, performance metrics, and internal workflows
  • Maintain quality and accuracy targets
  • Ensure community safety and compliance with platform policies
Requirements
  • German B2/C1
  • English B1+
  • Strong Customer Service background (KPIs, metrics, feedback loops) is required
  • Experience in social media, online platforms, or digital operations is a plus
  • Communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable with shift work
  • EU passport or Portuguese residency
