Qualificações

• 8–10+ years in B2B, digital, or partner marketing.
• Experience working with partners (ISVs, SI, CSPs or similar ecosystems).
• Native German speaker, fluent English.
• Experience building and executing GTM or demand generation strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Microsoft priorities into executable partner GTM plans.
• Define audiences, value proposition, messaging and channel strategy.
• Guide partners to launch and execute campaigns quickly using available assets.
• Drive pipeline generation and track performance across funnel metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 15–20 partners.
• Use dashboards and data insights to recommend next actions.
