Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: April 17, 2025

Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours a day

Monday to Sunday: 06:00-21:00 (rotative 8 hour shifts)
Days off: 2 rotative days

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Porto! If you have a passion for helping customers and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding point of sale systems
• Provide product and service information.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2), written and spoken
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends
• EU member state passport, a residence card for Portugal or a job-seeker visa (a MUST)
• Availability to work onsite at the client's office in Porto
