We are looking for a dedicated and proactive German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join an exciting automotive-related project.

This is a fully remote role (within Portugal only) designed for individuals who want the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a premium customer experience.

Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory — enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing outstanding support to German-speaking customers across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to the project, ensuring a high level of accuracy and service quality.
  • Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance the user experience.
  • Managing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Keeping updated with project developments, technical processes, and product knowledge.
  • Upholding the highest level of professionalism in all customer communications.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent German (C1+) — excellent written and spoken communication skills.
