We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly proficient German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. This is a secure, fully remote opportunity that focuses on supporting complex digital and mobility services for a major international client in the premium automotive sector. The Role: Your Impact and Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our German-speaking clientele, you will act as a premium advisor and technical troubleshooter. Your primary focus will be ensuring customers can seamlessly utilize their high-tech vehicle connectivity features and associated digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Expert Digital Support: Deliver superior customer service via phone, email, and chat, assisting users with inquiries regarding cutting-edge in-vehicle infotainment systems, mobile applications, remote access features, and account management.
  • Complex Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to digital product setup, software glitches, Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, and navigation system failures. Translate technical jargon into clear, easy-to-follow instructions.
  • Documentation and Escalation: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system. Efficiently elevate unresolved issues to second-level technical or back-office teams while maintaining customer ownership.
  • Adherence to Quality: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and empathy, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium quality expected by the client.
Work Schedule & Flexibility: Rotating Shifts (Monday–Sunday)

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position that requires scheduling flexibility to cover the high demand of a 24/7 service operation. You must be comfortable working a mandatory rotational shift pattern, which includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Working Days: You will be scheduled to work five days per week, covering the full service window from Monday through Sunday.
  • Rotating Shift Times: Shifts are typically 8 hours long and are rotated across the 24-hour cycle to ensure full 24/7 coverage.
  • Rest Days: You will receive two consecutive days off per week, which will rotate and may not always fall on Saturday and Sunday.
Candidate Requirements
  • German Fluency: Native or near-native level (C1/C2 required) in spoken and written German.
  • English Proficiency: Good working knowledge (B2 required) for training, systems, and internal communication.
  • Location: Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Portugal (EU citizenship or valid work authorization is required).
  • Technical Aptitude: A passion for new technology and a proven ability to quickly learn and navigate complex digital systems.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is beneficial, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated newcomers.
