About the job German-speaking Content Moderator with 3K Signing Bonus

Start Date: May 8, 2025

Join our team as a German-speaking Content Moderator and help ensure a safe online environment for users! This role involves reviewing and moderating content according to company guidelines.

Working hours: 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, rotational shift pattern: Monday to Sunday 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM; (07:00am- 04:00pm / 09:00am- 06:00pm / 01:00pm- 10:00pm), 2 days off (rotational).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review user-generated content for compliance.
• Take appropriate action on flagged content.
• Maintain quality and productivity targets.
• Stay updated with moderation policies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2), written and spoken
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• EU member state passport, a valid residence card for Portugal, an expression of interest or a job-seeker visa

Offer:

For candidates relocating from other parts of Portugal or from abroad, relocation and housing assistance is provided!

• Extra payment for working night shifts (any hours falling between 22.00 and 07.00) and for working on Sundays and public holidays
• Welcome bonus: Up to EUR 3000 (limited time, for candidates starting until the end of May only).
• Meal allowance: EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card
