A content moderation firm is seeking a German-Speaking Content Moderator to join their team in Lisbon. The role involves reviewing online content in line with community guidelines, ensuring the platform is safe and welcoming. Candidates must be fluent in German and have good English skills. The position offers a monthly salary of €1,100, bonuses, and health insurance from the first day of employment. This is a rotating shift position requiring some weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German (C1 or C2) and good command of English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Resilience and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate content against community standards.
• Identify violations and take appropriate action.
• Handle sensitive content carefully and objectively.
