Talingual is seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our Lisbon-based team. You will review content uploaded to an e-commerce platform, ensuring it meets quality, safety, and policy standards, applying your knowledge of the German market and culture.

The role requires fluent German, good English, and strong written and verbal communication, with a focus on accuracy, policy compliance, and timely moderation across rotating shifts in a 40-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Review e-commerce content according to platform policies and quality standards.
• Ensure content is reviewed within agreed service levels.

• Identify content that may breach platform policies, legal requirements or safety standards.
• Apply knowledge of the German market and cultural nuances.
• Escalate complex or uncertain cases per procedures.
• Remain up to date with platform products, services and content standards.
• Adapt to policy changes and changing work schedules.
• Maintain high accuracy during busy periods.

Salary

salarypackage1,100 euro gross p/m (paid 14 x p/a) plus 100euro gross fixed monthly bonus (paid 11 x p/a) plus 7.63 EUR net per working day on food vouchers

Working hrs

40 hrs p/week, rotational 24x7 operation

You will review content uploaded to a leading e-commerce platform, ensuring it meets the required quality, safety, policy and legal standards. Using your knowledge of the German market and local culture, you will make accurate and consistent moderation decisions.
