German-Speaking Content Analyst - Relocation to Barcelona

Are you a German speaker looking for a fresh experience in Barcelona? Join our client\'s team as a Content Moderator and help maintain a safe and positive environment on the leading short-video platform. Your role will involve filtering content, screening for inappropriate material, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. The content may be sensitive or disturbing.

  • Filter content and screen for inappropriate material to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment on the platform.
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Qualifications
  • At least C1 level fluency in German paired with B2 English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Spain.
  • Already residing in Barcelona (Spain) OR available to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help is provided).
Work Schedule
  • Full-time (39 hours per week). Workdays include Monday to Sunday, with two weekends per month. Days off can be separate during the week.
  • Part-time (16 hours per week). Work only on Saturday and Sunday. Training is full-time.
  • Shifts vary depending on the business line and market. A hybrid work model may apply.
  • Schedules are provided one month in advance.
Contract & Training
  • Fixed-term contract of two months, renewable based on performance.
  • One-month probation period included in the first contract.
  • Possibility of a permanent contract after four to six months.
  • Paid training from day one, Monday to Friday. No training on weekends or holidays.
Holidays & Salary
  • 32 days per year, distributed as four full weeks and four individual days.
  • Gross annual salary: EUR 24,715.40
  • Gross monthly salary: EUR 2,059.62
Relocation Assistance
  • Relocation assistance for those outside of Spain moving for this role: refund of travel expenses up to EUR 200.
