Overview

We are recruiting a German Speaker for a Content Moderator role in Porto!

Location: POP - Porto OfficePark, Porto

Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts - Monday to Sunday 24/7 (8 hours per day rotational, 2 days-off)

Work Arrangement: On-site work in Porto

Contract: Permanent

Documents required: EU citizenship, Portuguese residence card, or manifestation of interest.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
• Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
• Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
• Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
• Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma
• Availability to work in rotational shifts
• Availability to start immediately
• German speaker (C1 level)
• Proficient in English (B2 level)
• No experience required
• Strong written communication skills

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred
• Strong customer service orientation skills
