Role Overview:

  • Record cases accurately and keep detailed, up-to-date interaction logs
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quick, accurate resolutions
  • Consistently meet quality targets and response-time expectations
  • Keep current on product updates, company policies, and support best practices to maintain excellent service

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
