Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused German Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-quality service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally via email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
  • Document all interactions in the customer support system accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Logistics, IT) to improve customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) and proficient English (B2 or above).
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer‑first attitude.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of industry‑specific tools or software, e.g., Shopify, SAP.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
