• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, cards, transactions, and digital banking.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain relevant services and account information.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to internal policies and security protocols.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions promptly and effectively.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Support customers with online banking issues and account access.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with departments to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
• Protect confidential information and follow data protection procedures.
• Maintain high service quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training on banking products, services, and compliance

• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain relevant services, processes, and account-related information.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and transaction-related questions professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Support customers experiencing difficulties with online banking, account access, card usage, and other banking services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Protect confidential customer information and follow established data protection and verification procedures.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about banking products, digital services, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
