Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator (German-speaking) to support our client's social platform from Porto, on-site. You will review and moderate content, ensuring compliance with guidelines and contributing to an improved user experience.

The role requires German (C1) and English (B2) fluency, plus at least 6 months of relevant experience and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and opportunities for career growth are highlighted.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• From the start, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience.
• Review, audit and moderate contents from end users and copyright.
• Review user behaviors and enforce social media guidelines.
• Analyze reports according to protocols to maintain reporting quality.
• Serve as a moderation hub between users, applying guidelines with nuanced policies.
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging, sensitive issues.
