A leading customer experience management firm in Porto is seeking a Content Moderator fluent in German (C1 or higher). In this role, you'll moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance and reviewing sensitive materials. We offer a fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position after 2 years, alongside health insurance and relocation support if you're from another EU country. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German with a C1/C2 level.
• Minimum B2 level in English.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Moderating user-generated content in German.
• Reviewing videos, images, and text content.
• Removing inappropriate content and preventing cybercrime.
• Classifying and analyzing platform information for compliance.
