Overview

What’s in it for you?

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Base salary of 1100 (x14 months) + 450 per language bonus (x12 months)

Totaling in 20 800 gross per year, plus 1,837 (net/year)

Schedules: Rotative shifts (24/7) with 2 days off

Your Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online videos, content, and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
• Update, audit, and manage content for a leading social media platform.
• Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
• Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Profile

• Required Skills: Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong PC navigation and computer skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice-to-Have Qualities: Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year).
• Associate degree in a related field.
• Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output.
• Team player with an independent work approach.
• A professional and patient demeanor when handling challenging situations.

Relocation and Benefits

Relocation support:

• Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
• Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to 400 in Economy class
