Tavrion Dynamics is hiring a German-speaking Sales Service Agent in Sofia to blend billing support with sales activities in an international team. You will interact with customers, identify opportunities, and convert conversations into sales, while maintaining strong service standards.

The role offers a base salary of €1,636.14 gross per month plus a €102.25 monthly billing bonus and an unlimited sales bonus; a €1,000 signing bonus (€500 after training + €500 after 6 months).

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1-C2) required.
• Good working-level English required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing questions and sales opportunities.

Salary & Unlimited Sales Potential

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross/month
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn €1,000+ extra per month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus: €500 after training + €500 after 6 months

Language Requirements

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Shifts between 09:00 and 21:00
• 8 hours per day
