Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Customer Specialist for a banking project. You will assist customers with a range of banking questions across phone, email, chat, and digital channels, delivering accurate information and proactive service.

The role requires German (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year in customer support. A professional, detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills are essential for success.
