Senior Product Designer

Our Senior Product Designer will be an integral part of our Product Management team in EMEA. This role is based remotely as a full‑time employee in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, Israel, the Netherlands or Spain. We are also open to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal.

Opportunity

DoiT is seeking a creative and forward‑oriented Senior Digital Product Designer to join our Perfect Scale by DoiT team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on digital product experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, engaging, and user‑friendly.

Primary responsibilities include applying modern Product Design methodologies in the creation of design artifacts (flows, journeys, wires, mocks, prototypes, specs), and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in every stage of the process, from conceptualization to implementation, always with the goal of enhancing key metrics through improved user experience and engagement of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional team members in the execution and delivery of Perfect Scale products, using a focused, iterative design process.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, PMM and research to develop impactful, user‑centric and data‑informed solutions.
• Work alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases.
• Create user‑centered designs based on research and insights, including user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes and specifications.
• Participate in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design, including usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.
• Act as a user advocate to ensure the end product offers a quality user experience.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the design system using the latest industry techniques and best practices.

Key Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience designing for front‑facing digital product experiences.
• A deep passion for thinking differently and challenging conventional approaches to design.
• Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design including Interaction Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design, Production Design, Research, and Digital Prototyping.
• Mastery of Figma and various prototyping tools.
• Ability to build and organize quality, consistent design artifacts including flow diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, lo‑fi and hi‑fi mockups, simple prototypes, design specifications and related documentation.
• Proven experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design System best practices.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a performing team, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, leadership and other key partners.
• An online portfolio of professional work is required.
