A Dellent, empresa de consultoria especializada em sistemas de informação e telecomunicações, procura um Generative AI Product Engineer em Lisboa (hybrid) para desenhar e escalar produtos IA com impacto empresarial.

O candidato ideal possui 4+ anos em AI/ML/Data Science, pelo menos 18 meses em Generative AI, LLMs e engenharia de prompts, além de fortes skills em Python e SQL. O project oferece ambiente colaborativo e participação em roadmaps de IA empresarial.

Qualificações

• 4+ anos de experiência em AI Engineering, Machine Learning ou Data Science.
• Pelo menos 18 meses de experiência prática com Generative AI, LLMs e prompts.
• Fortes competências em Python e SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar e construir capacidades empresariais de IA Generativa.
• Projetar prompts, fluxos de IA e pipelines de recuperação.
• Desenvolver soluções Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Desenhar estruturas de avaliação de IA e metodologias de benchmark.
• Construir conjuntos de dados de validação de IA de alta qualidade.
• Melhorar continuamente a qualidade, precisão e confiabilidade da IA.
• Prototipar e avaliar novos LLMs e tecnologias de IA.
• Monitorizar o comportamento da IA em produção e contribuir para observabilidade.

We're looking for a Generative AI Product Engineer based in Lisbon (hybrid) to help design and scale AI-powered products that create real business impact.

What you'll do:

• Design and build enterprise Generative AI capabilities;
• Engineer prompts, AI workflows and retrieval pipelines;
• Develop and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions;
• Design AI evaluation frameworks and benchmark methodologies;
• Build high-quality datasets for AI validation;
• Continuously improve AI quality, accuracy and reliability;
• Prototype and evaluate new LLMs and AI technologies;
• Monitor AI behaviour in production and contribute to AI observability.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science;
• At least 18 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, reasoning and retrieval strategy and Engineering/LLM observability on an Entreprise-scale AI Gen project;
• Strong Python and SQL skills;
• Proven track record working with AI engineering and LLM observability frameworks such as MLFlow, Langfuse, Arize;
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Nice to have:

• Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases, Langfuse, Grafana AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
