Bosch Braga is seeking a GenAI Engineer to design, prototype and implement AI agents that accelerate engineering workflows across Bosch. You will translate complex engineering use cases into intelligent, reliable GenAI solutions with emphasis on safety and compliance.

The role requires hands-on GenAI development, Python, APIs and ML pipelines; familiarity with LangChain, embeddings, vector stores, and integration with PLM systems and engineering docs.

Qualificações

• Experience in GenAI development, agent orchestration, or AI-assisted tooling.
• Solid software engineering background with Python and APIs/microservices.
• Familiarity with structured and semi-structured data formats (JSON, PDFs, engineering docs).
• Understanding of LLM integration patterns, embeddings, and vector stores.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement GenAI agents to support engineering workflows.
• Build AI pipelines using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI agents with PLM systems, test data platforms, and document repositories.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for engineering data.
• Ensure agent reliability, traceability, and safe behavior in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with domain experts to evaluate usability and performance.
• Document architectures, APIs, integration points, and operational guidelines.
• Work with security and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage.
