LuxGuard Solutions in Almada, Portugal, is seeking a Gardener Supervisor to lead our garden team and uphold high standards of care and appearance. You will plan daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality across all plots.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a gardener or in a supervisory role in a gardening setting
• Knowledge of plant identification, care techniques, and common pests/diseases
• Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills
• Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permit

Gardener Supervisor
