Samlino Group in Lisbon is seeking a dynamic CEO-in-Training to help steer growth across markets. You will own high-impact projects, partner with founders, and accelerate ambitious initiatives in banking, insurance, and utilities.

This program targets bold, fast learners who thrive in international teams, travel, and hands-on execution. English fluency and an EU work permit are required, with a path to lead strategic initiatives and shape the future of the company.

Responsabilidades

Set ambitious goals, develop strategic plans, and execute with urgency to deliver measurable outcomes.
Own projects from inception to completion, define objectives, plans, and deliverables.
Identify bottlenecks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive accountability by clarifying roles and responsibilities.
Champion our results-driven culture within the team and organization.
Build and coach A+ teams to reach potential and deliver excellent user/partner experiences.
Handle project-based assignments across geographies.
Deep dive into value creation and process improvement.
Think creatively to challenge status quo and accelerate momentum.
