PeakNet in Funchal is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the face of the hotel, greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, and guiding visitors to local attractions.

You will handle guest inquiries, make reservations, arrange transportation, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a memorable stay. English is required, Madeira knowledge is a plus, and you must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation and visa assistance are provided.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Make reservations for dining, tours, transportation and other services requested by guests.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions and activities based on guest preferences.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities and services.
• Handle complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep track of guest feedback to ensure maximum satisfaction.
