Overview

Fully Remote Travel Customer Advisor-French & English — Cross Border Talents is hiring for an urgent opening for an exciting tourism project.

Job Details

• Location: Fully Remote (candidates must reside in Portugal)
• Language Requirement: French (Fluent) and B2 English, both written and spoken
• Start Date: 16th January 2025
• Work Schedule: Shifts
• Shifts: Early shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Late shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Days Off: Rotational (priority for 2 consecutive days off when possible)

Requirements

• Residency: Must currently reside in Portugal (any location, North to South)
• Language: C2 to native French and B2+ English, both spoken and written
• Work Authorization: Possession of a valid residence card for Portugal, expression of interest, job seeker visa or a EU member state passport (a MUST)
• Experience: Customer Service Experience is mandatory
• Background: Tourism background is a plus but not essential
