Natixisinportugal is seeking a skilled Full Stack developer (mid level) for BPCE SI in Porto. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior members.

The role requires strong Java, Spring/Hibernate experience, RESTful APIs, and a mix of SQL/NoSQL databases, with French and English communication mandatory. Hybrid work policy and modern tech stack offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of Java development experience.
• Knowledge of Angular.
• Strong experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and a microservices architecture.
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus.
• Strong communication skills in French and English (written and spoken) mandatory.

Main Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand project needs and transform them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance development practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to deliver high-quality software on schedule

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
