Balance разрабатывает покупательские приложения, улучшающие оформление заказа и платежи. Сейчас открыта вакансия frontend-разработчика с акцентом на React и TypeScript, который будет работать над пользовательскими интерфейсами в финансах.

Требуется опыт не менее 5 лет, бакалавр в ИС/инжиниринг, знание React, TypeScript, Node.js, REST API и CI/CD. Готовность работать в Лиссабоне 3 дня в неделю, остаток — удаленно на старте, с переходом к гибридному формату.

Qualificações

• Бакалавр в области компьютерных наук, инженерии или смежной области.
• 5+ лет профессиональной разработки ПО, желательно в финтехе.
• Сильное владение React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 и CSS.
• Опыт работы с Node.js и RESTful API.
• Опыт работы в Agile, CI/CD, Docker и облачных платформах.
• Связь на английском языке (письменно и устно).

Responsabilidades

• Сотрудничество с Product Manager'ами, дизайнерами и инженерами для перевода бизнес-требований в качественные веб-приложения.
• Разработка и улучшение пользовательских функций с фронтенд-ориентированным подходом, участие в полном стеке при необходимости.
• Проектирование, разработка и владение фичами от обсуждения до развёртывания и эксплуатации в продакшене.
• Участие в архитектурных обсуждениях, code reviews и дизайн-ревью для обеспечения высокого качества кода.
• Устранение проблем в стеке приложения, обеспечение надёжности и масштабируемости.
• Написание автоматических тестов и вклад в CI/CD пайплайны.
• Постоянное улучшение процессов разработки и практик команды.
• Следить за современными frontend-технологиями и применять новые идеи там, где это приносит ценность.
• Участие в дежурствах по поддержке продакшна.

Balance develops buyer-facing applications that improve checkout and payment experiences for businesses.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive, high-quality web applications
• Build and enhance user-facing features with a frontend-first mindset while contributing across the full stack when needed
• Design, develop, and own features end‑to‑end, from technical discussions and implementation through deployment and production
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design reviews to ensure high engineering standards and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack, delivering reliable and scalable solutions
• Write automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to maintain code quality and enable rapid, reliable releases
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and engineering best practices to increase team productivity
• Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, applying new ideas where they add value
• Participate in team responsibilities, including production on‑call rotations

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of professional software development experience, preferably in a fintech environment
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, with a passion for building high‑quality, user‑centric web applications
• Solid experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate design concepts into intuitive, responsive user interfaces
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools
• Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and public cloud platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCollaborative, proactive team player who can also work independently and take ownership of features
• Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week in Lisbon, Portugal, following an initial fully remote onboarding period
• Nice to have: NestJS, Jest, Playwright, AWS
