Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience building modern web applications.
• Hands-on with React and TypeScript.
• Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design.
• Experience writing automated tests and maintaining high code quality.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
• Build modern, responsive web apps using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Take ownership from requirements to production.
• Write clean, tested code and automate tests.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and design reviews.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues across testing and production environments.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into engineering tasks.
• For senior engineers: lead technical design and guide others.
