Venture Up in Lisbon is seeking a Market Maker Engineer to own and scale real-time market-making systems across sports trading infrastructure. You will build low-latency data pipelines, execute across multiple exchanges, and shape the core platform powering liquidity.

You’ll collaborate with odds feed and betting API teams, design distributed systems, and own critical components in a fast-growing tech environment where milliseconds matter. You'll thrive on autonomy and delivering tangible impact.

We're hiring a Market Maker Engineer to own and scale the systems behind high-performance market making. You'll work at the intersection of sports, technology, and trading, building infrastructure that processes high-frequency data, manages real-time orders, and executes across multiple exchanges.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and scaling market making systems
• Optimising execution, latency, and reliability
• Working with distributed systems and real-time data pipelines
