Superhuman is hiring a full-stack Software Engineer to join the Developer Experience team in Porto. You will help build the next generation of engineering velocity inside Superhuman Docs, acting as an embedded partner to bring central platform work into the Docs codebase and align with global priorities.

The role offers high autonomy, collaboration across a fast-moving stack, and a strong emphasis on improving how engineers work, not just shipping features.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience across front-end and back-end.
• Proficiency in at least two languages (Go, Python, Java, TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and build tooling.
• Experience with Bazel or similar large-scale build systems.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Comfort working with monolith + microservices and high-release cadence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Embed as Developer Experience partner for the Docs BU and implement central platform work in the codebase.
• Turn developer friction and leadership priorities into a clear DevX roadmap.
• Build full-stack internal tooling and self-service platforms for the Docs team.
• Improve the release process and own CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.
• Coordinate local development across a hybrid monolith–microservices stack.
• Work with build systems and Kubernetes to speed builds and deployments.
• Create templates and documentation to simplify how to build.
• Define and track productivity metrics for the Docs organization.
