• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python development expertise.

• Experience building and orchestrating data pipelines.
• DevOps/CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Argo CD.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of application security best practices.
• Proficient in English.

We are looking for a Frontend & Python Developer to join an agile team and contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and scalability of a strategic platform. This role combines hands-on development, technical support, onboarding of new use cases, and continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend applications using React.
• Design, build, and optimize backend solutions and services using Python.
• Contribute to the development, preparation, and optimization of data pipelines.
• Work closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support the onboarding of new use cases, including environment setup, technical guidance, and follow-up activities.
• Help define and document best practices and playbooks to accelerate deployments and improve scalability.
• Monitor existing applications and bots, ensuring effective incident management and resolution.
• Identify, prioritize, and help address technical debt while improving application performance and stability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, Data, and Security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of technical components.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Solid experience in frontend development with React.
• Experience with API management and integration, ideally using tools such as Apigee.
• Experience developing and orchestrating data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Argo CD.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of application security best practices, vulnerability management, and monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions, including AIOps, AI pipelines, document ingestion for RAG, and AI model orchestration.
• Knowledge of Apache Airflow for data pipeline development and workflow orchestration.
• Professional proficiency in French.
