Xpertsoft is seeking an experienced frontend lead to drive the development of scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. You will work on migration projects while enforcing accessibility standards and performance budgets.

You will integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, collaborate with design and backend teams, and apply Agile methodologies. The role requires mentoring a small squad and delivering secure, maintainable frontend solutions.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js building scalable web apps.
• Solid knowledge of WCAG AA accessibility and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with API integration (REST and GraphQL), Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in automated testing and quality gates ensuring high code quality.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor a small squad in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the frontend stream for new features and migration projects.
• Develop high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR).
• Implement accessibility standards (WCAG AA), performance budgets, and automated testing practices.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, collaborating with design and backend teams.
• Apply Agile methodologies, contribute to backlog refinement, and drive frontend best practices.
• Ensure security, scalability, and long-term maintainability of frontend deliverables.
• Mentor a small squad in an Agile setting.
