BNP Paribas Wealth Management Portugal is seeking a Front‑Support Trainee to assist Swiss Relationship Managers and clients with administrative tasks, RTO processing, and MyWealth E‑Banking queries while upholding compliance and client satisfaction.

The role involves loan processing, KYC data handling, payments, account actions, and producing statements, in a hybrid work environment. Strong English and client‑focus are essential resources for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting, or related areas.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong client focus, reliable and service oriented.
• Manage multiple administrative parallel requests.
• Be agile and strive for improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Direct support the Swiss Front teams: process loan creation, renewals and related KYC data entry; verify and execute payments; manage account closures, transfers, and balance transactions.
• Acceptance and execution of RTO: accept orders, identify clients, input orders or trade by phone, request validation if needed, provide confirmations.
• Be the MyWealth Ebanking hotline and auxiliary tasks expert: handle the helpline and support mailbox, resolve issues, coordinate with specialist teams.
• Interact with Life Insurances and Brokers and respond to their requests; update KYC information and legal documents.
• Compliance and Risk: apply conduct and policies, flag non‑compliant transactions, report incidents, monitor controls.
