Job summary

Grama is seeking a frontend-focused developer in Coimbra to deliver high-quality UI components using modern frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue. You will ensure code quality, testability and performance while translating UI/UX designs into robust interfaces.

The role emphasizes collaboration via Git workflows, RESTful API integration, and participation in CI/CD and Agile processes. English communication is required to cooperate with international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue or Node.js).
• Proficient Git workflows (branching, PRs) and collaboration on GitHub/GitLab.
• Implement UI/UX designs and responsive interfaces.
• Consume RESTful APIs and understand client-server architecture.
• Familiar with CI/CD environments and Agile workflows.
• Strong English communication skills.

Job description

Deliver high quality, reusable and testable software components using frontend technologies

Optimize applications for performance and scalability

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Help improve our code quality through writing unit tests and performing code reviews

What do you need to have experience in:

Familiarity with modern frameworks and platforms (Angular, React, Vue, Node.js)

Familiarity with Git version control (branching, pull/merge requests) and collaboration through platforms like GitHub or GitLab

Implementation of great UI/UX designs

Understanding of client-server architectures and protocols such as REST, including consuming RESTful APIs

Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

And it would be nice if you also have:

Exposure to modern IDEs and AI-assisted development tools (e.g. VS Code, GitHub Copilot)

Used state management like Pinia, VueX, Redux, Zustand, Jotai, and/or other

Developed UI with animations and/or used CSS pre/post-processors like PostCSS, Styled Components, LESS, SASS and/or similar

Experience with Test Automation and in Jest and React testing library
