Talentia Connect is looking for a Billing & Collection Specialist in Porto, who is a fluent French speaker. You will process customer orders, generate invoices, and monitor accounts receivable. The ideal candidate has experience in finance operations.

The position offers a base salary of 1300€ x14 plus bonuses, a permanent contract, and relocation assistance. Work hours are Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a starting date at the end of January 2026.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Experience in finance operations is important.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel are required.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Generate invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Support resolution of customer queries.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in French (C2 level)

Proficiency in English

Experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations

Good analytical skills

Knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
