Decskill, an IT consultancy with 800+ professionals, seeks a Project Manager (French Speaking) for a Porto-based project with a hybrid work model (2x per week in-office). You will lead quality gates across the software lifecycle, enhance CI/CD practices, and drive software industrialization with a focus on AI-enabled improvements.

Requires English and French (B2/C1) and a degree in CS or related field. The role offers international exposure, collaboration across departments, and long-term career

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on IT industrialization is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus but not a primary focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the assessment and standardization of quality gates within the software development lifecycle.
• Enhance CI/CD practices to optimize software delivery and deployment processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialization, ensuring increased efficiency and quality.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through the application of AI technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the manager of the inserted area to align industrialization projects with broader business objectives.
• Build strong working relationships across multiple departments to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
