We Are META in Porto seeks a Data Engineer (French Speaker) to design and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data warehouses. You’ll work with Oracle, PowerCenter, PL/SQL and Power BI to deliver reliable analytics solutions for clients, with hybrid 2x/week onsite in Porto.

Ideal candidates have a CS/Engineering degree and 6+ years of data engineering experience, fluent French (min B1) and strong English or Portuguese, with a collaborative mindset and passion for quality data delivery.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience acting as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer or similar role.
• In-depth mastery of ETL tools, with PowerCenter being the strongest asset.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL for developing and optimizing queries and scripts (Oracle is strongly recommended).
• Solid knowledge of data modeling (relational, dimensional) and data warehouse design.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Develop and optimize data models and data warehouse schemas.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver accurate analytics and reports.
• Contribute to data quality, governance and performance improvements.
