Nordicrecruiters is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon. You’ll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering high-quality support across phone, email, and chat while ensuring a seamless experience.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French speaker
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate, professional, and customer-focused solutions
