About the job French-Speaking Customer Service Representative Hotel Purchasing Department

Start Date: April 3, 2025 - with a welcome bonus of EUR 3000!

We are looking for French speakers to join our client as Customer Service Representatives to support the Hotel Purchasing Department. You will assist clients with their purchasing needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a hybrid role in Lisbon, offering flexibility after an initial on-site training period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support related to hotel purchasing, orders, and supply chain inquiries.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders and issue resolution.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and problem-solving.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (rotational shifts).
  • Two days off: Saturday & Sunday.
  • Hybrid model:
    • First 6 weeks on-site (mandatory training period).
    • After training: 2 days in the office + 3 days remote.
    • Important: Hybrid work is not possible in company-provided accommodation.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal:
    • EU ID, residence card, or Manifestação de Interesse.
    • Job -seeker visa
  • Fluency in French and a good command of English.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Welcome bonus: EUR 3,000.

  • Base salary: EUR 900/month (paid over 14 months).
  • Performance bonus: EUR 150 per month (paid over 12 months).
  • Additional bonus: EUR 70 per month (paid over 11 months).
  • Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day.
  • Transport allowance: EUR 20 per month.
  • Health insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required). Fully covered after 6 months.
Relocation Support:
  • For candidates relocating to Lisbon:
    • Flight reimbursement (up to EUR 400 in Economy class)
    • Shared accommodation option for up to 12 months (bills included; upon a contribution deducted from salary).
