About the Role

We are urgently hiring French‑speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international company. This role is fully remote from Portugal, with complete relocation assistance provided through our agency.

As part of the support team, you will handle inbound calls from drivers needing roadside assistance. No sales only calm, clear, and empathetic communication.

You’ll provide professional guidance, ensure customer safety, and coordinate support services effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls in French (with English system tools).
  • Offer empathetic assistance and coordinate roadside help.
  • Follow standard procedures and maintain detailed call logs.
  • Deliver excellent service while staying calm under pressure.
Who Were Looking For
  • Native or fluent French speaker (C1 preferred, minimum B2 English).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Calm, patient, and solution‑oriented personality.
  • Flexible to work in rotating shifts (40h/week, 24/7 operation; 2 days off).
    Normal day shifts may also be available.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus training provided.
