Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist to support daily finance activities, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and account updates. You will work with an international team to ensure accurate processing and efficient management of customer accounts.

You will develop your analytical, creative, and communication skills while meeting KPIs and benefiting from a hybrid work arrangement, relocation assistance, and language bonuses.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (C1)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• Minimum 6 months in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Role Overview

As a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist, you will support daily finance activities, including invoice processing, payment allocation, account updates, and financial record maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and customer account updates.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer account information.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and account-related queries.
• Follow established financial procedures, internal controls, and quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate complex cases to senior colleagues.
• Meet KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, processing times, and quality.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of finance systems and O2C processes.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
