Are you a fluent French speaker looking for an international opportunity? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join a diverse team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while enhancing your customer service skills.

Important: This position is remote within mainland Portugal, excluding the islands. You can work comfortably from home, but only if you reside in Portugal – working from abroad is not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) with native accent from France, Belgium or Switzerland
• Good English communication skills (B2)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Residence in Portugal – only mainland, excluding the islands
• European passport (no sponsorship or visa support available)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
