Are you a fluent French speaker looking for an international opportunity? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join a diverse team supporting a global client. Important: This position is remote within mainland Portugal, excluding the islands. You can work comfortably from home, but only if you reside in Portugal – working from abroad is not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications
