Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
  • Handle complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
  • Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north is obligatory, there is no relocation assistance for this role).
  • Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection.
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal or a job-seeker visa for Portugal
Work schedule
  • This role is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, with rotational shifts.
  • Monday to Friday: 09:00–21:30 (rotational shifts)
  • Saturday: 09:00–20:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Sunday: 10:00–19:00
Location and logistics
  • Location: Remote (Only accepting candidates from Coimbra and further north)
  • Equipment Pickup: Candidates must collect their work equipment from the client's Braga office.
  • Start Date: March 20, 2025
Compensation and benefits
  • Salary: EUR 880 per month (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: EUR 170 per month (paid over 12 months)
  • Position Bonus: EUR 20 per month (paid over 12 months)
  • Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day, net, paid in a meal card
  • Health insurance: Available from day 1 (contribution required); free after 6 months
  • Extra payment for working on public holidays and Sundays
