A global customer service provider seeks a French-speaking Customer Care representative for a remote role in Portugal. You will provide exceptional service for a well-known retailer. Candidates must be fluent in French and English, and reside in Portugal (north of Coimbra). The position offers a salary of EUR 880 per month, bonuses, and health insurance after 6 months.

Serviços

Meal allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day

Performance Bonus: EUR 170 per month

Health insurance available from day 1

Position Bonus: EUR 20 per month

Extra payment for public holidays and Sundays

Qualificações

• Fluency in French and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north) is mandatory.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north is obligatory, there is no relocation assistance for this role).
• Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection.
• EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal or a job-seeker visa for Portugal

Work Schedule

This role is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, with rotational shifts scheduled according to the day and week.

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 21:30 (rotational shifts)
• Saturday: 09:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
• Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

• Equipment Pickup: Candidates must collect their work equipment from the client's Braga office.
• Start Date: March 20, 2025
• Salary: EUR 880 per month (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: EUR 170 per month (paid over 12 months)
