• Analyze user submissions—including product listings and posts—with accuracy, fairness, and cultural awareness
• Maintain a high standard of quality and contribute to platform safety across all user interactions
• Navigate changing priorities and policy updates while adhering strictly to established workflows and moderation protocols
• Flag and escalate complex or sensitive content according to internal escalation procedures
• Keep up to date with evolving moderation best practices, product changes, and industry standards
• Support the platform’s mission to provide a safe, trusted, and user-friendly environment for buyers and sellers worldwide

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
